We want every student to feel the session or service they booked was worth it. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Writinks tutoring, editing, study-guide, or exam-prep coaching services.
If a session doesn't meet your expectations, tell us within 48 hours of the session and we'll either pair you with a different tutor at no extra charge or refund that specific session — whichever you prefer. We'd rather lose a single session fee than have a student feel unheard.
If we have not yet started work on your submitted draft or requested study guide, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a tutor or editor has begun work, refunds are evaluated case by case based on the percentage of work completed.
Email contact@writinks.com with your name, the email used to book, and the session or order date. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can request a second review by emailing support and asking to escalate to a team lead. We aim to resolve all escalations within 5 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
